A meditation for every feeling

The Emotional Spectrum

Twenty-four practices, mapped across the full range of human feeling — and the behavior each one reshapes.

Every feeling has a meditation — to cultivate it, manage it, or simply experience it.

How feeling becomes doing

Emotion narrows or widens what you do. Under threat, behavior collapses into a handful of automatic, protective moves. With regulation, the field of possible action opens back up — and you choose. Every practice below nudges behavior one step toward the right.

Dysregulated · automaticRegulated · chosen
When dysregulated

Behavior narrows to protection — withdraw, avoid, lash out, or grasp. Fast, automatic, hard to interrupt.

At the threshold

A pause appears. You can feel the pull without obeying it — the single breath where a different move becomes possible.

When regulated

The field widens. You respond by choice — connect, adapt, rest, act — and your values lead the behavior, not the reflex.
